CWIC
This put the Cornwall County Council Community Information database online, previously only accessible from selected CCC libraries. Countywide Information Cornwall (CWIC) contains details of many varied clubs, organisations and events in the County of Cornwall.
The first stage was to upgrade the existing DOS system to a Windows based application. The second stage was developing a search engine and front-end to the CWIC data for public use on the Internet.
